The handicap should now be working for Dominican Republic courses.  The slope, rating, diff, and current handicap should display for your scores now.  The diff is what will potentially be used for your handicap.  If you edit one of your scores or add a new score you should get an SG handicap.  The Adjusted Score is the equitable stroke score.  For you, you can probably only take a double bogey at the most on each hole for the Adjusted Score total.

Hi Jim.  Noticed your comment about adding slope and course rating in order to get my handicap.  I believe I have this in there 71.4/130 but it still does not seem to be caluculating my handicap.  Can you tell me what I am doing wrong with this?   Thanks so much and loving the site..Tom

Jim

Nice round...could win a trophy or two.

If you want the handicap calculated for scores at this course you just need to put in the tee ratings and slopes.

Thank you Jim.  Good golfing in 2k10 as well.  tom

You can track penalty strokes by adding individual shot(s) to your scorecard.  The shots are displayed when viewing the details of a round.

I will add a field for penalty strokes to the scorecard later.  I am working on a Droid phone scorekeeper app for the site now.  I have a Droid phone.

Have a great 2010 golf season!

Palisades State Park was already in the course directory, so you didn't need to create a new course.  I will work on joining your scores and mapped greens to the original course record later.

Here is the course:

You really have the hang of using the app and do a great job of setting up courses...it just wasn't necessary that time.  In general, if you are playing a course in Utah it should already be in the course directory.  It's too bad that you couldn't find it using the app.

I birdied both par 3's on the back nine.  I don't do that very often.

#17 was a 3 wood against the wind.  I hit it pin-high on the fringe and made the long putt...35 feet or so.

one of each, but both were pretty short ones, nothing spectacular haha.

22 putts is sweet.  Half of your birdies where when you were off the green.  Putts from the fringe or chip-ins or one of each?

Great time for a great round...medalist in a high school event.  17 greens in regulation with 30 putts and no bogeys is outstanding.
