Welcome to Social Golfers.com and enjoy your time on the course.  You're right...you can't bowl a 300 in golf.

I'm in!!!

Heh - Why, yes, thank you I DID shoot a 77 !!!!  (see ntoes after the round).

I may make that my jumping off point for the year.  With the holidays on the horizon and the money crunch right now, golf may have to go on the shelf for the winter.  But I have that round to savor!

Followed up breaking 80 with a 77 yet or just savoring it for a while?

Congrats from Scotland. Nice shooting. It's a funny old game really. When the golfing gods smile, it makes it sooooo easy. Well done.

I birdied both par 3's on the back nine.  I don't do that very often.

#17 was a 3 wood against the wind.  I hit it pin-high on the fringe and made the long putt...35 feet or so.

one of each, but both were pretty short ones, nothing spectacular haha.

22 putts is sweet.  Half of your birdies where when you were off the green.  Putts from the fringe or chip-ins or one of each?

Great time for a great round...medalist in a high school event.  17 greens in regulation with 30 putts and no bogeys is outstanding.

Nice round.  I kinda like that course.  I've only played it once and that was about 2 years ago for the company's annual Accounting vs. IT bragging rights tournament.  It was a 2 man scramble format....Accounting won easily, but I won the first match.  We changed teams every 6 holes.

I helped IT win last year at Riverbend.  It had been a long time since IT won.
